Lime skim coats, which also require no sanding. They can be applied directly over cement-lime plasters after approximately one week (for gypsum compounds, this waiting period is about one month). Lime compounds have a snow-white finish and are characterized by antiseptic properties.
Our company also works with the most advanced products of this type — polymer skim coats, which are exceptionally resistant to damage, particularly cracks and scratches. This is especially important when finishing a new building that is beginning to settle. Polymer skim coats do require filling, but deliver an excellent result and outstanding flexibility.
