Achieving perfectly even and smooth surfaces is only possible after proper surface preparation — specifically, priming the wall in question. The compound should then be applied precisely and carefully to eliminate any unevenness. Wall filling is one of the core renovation services offered by our company.

We use both traditional skim coats, which are sanded after application, and dust-free compounds that simply need to be spread across the surface and smoothed with a trowel. Gypsum skim coats, which can also be dust-free. These do not require sanding, giving the specialist more time to carefully refine the surface, as this type of compound sets more slowly.
Cement and cement-lime skim coats, finished wet and without the need for sanding. They are somewhat more difficult to apply than gypsum coats, but stand out for their high resistance to scratches and moisture.
Lime skim coats, which also require no sanding. They can be applied directly over cement-lime plasters after approximately one week (for gypsum compounds, this waiting period is about one month). Lime compounds have a snow-white finish and are characterized by antiseptic properties. Our company also works with the most advanced products of this type — polymer skim coats, which are exceptionally resistant to damage, particularly cracks and scratches. This is especially important when finishing a new building that is beginning to settle. Polymer skim coats do require filling, but deliver an excellent result and outstanding flexibility.

Our specialists perform both manual and machine-applied wall filling. The choice of technique depends primarily on the type of compound. Most can be applied and finished by hand, however some require the use of special hydrodynamic machines that significantly speed up finishing work. Machine application using a plastering aggregate is used for polymer or gypsum skim coats modified with, for example, resins. We have the necessary equipment and qualifications to handle this type of project.
